Our factory
From frame welding to final upholstery
We run our own production line covering metal work, wood work, foam shaping and upholstery, so lead times, specifications and quality stay under our own control. The factory is audited on site by CTI, and you are welcome to visit in person or join a live video tour.
Metal workshop
Cutting, welding and powder coating of aluminium and steel frames.
Wood workshop
Maple frame shaping, sanding and multi-layer lacquer finishing.
Upholstery
High-density foam and commercial-grade PU or genuine leather options.
Packing line

FAQ
Questions buyers usually ask
What is your minimum order quantity?
Our standard minimum order is 5 pieces per model, and you can mix different models in one container. For a first trial order, tell us what you need and we will work something out.
Can you put our logo on the equipment?
Yes. Your logo can be engraved, silk-screen printed or applied as a sticker. Custom carton printing is also available.
What is the production lead time?
Sample orders usually ship within 5-7 days. For container orders, off-season production runs within 15 working days and around one month in peak season. We confirm the exact schedule before deposit.
Do you ship worldwide and handle customs documents?
We ship by sea or air, and provide the commercial invoice, packing list, certificate of origin and other documents your broker needs.
What payment terms do you accept, and which ports do you ship from?
We accept T/T, L/C, PayPal and Western Union, and can quote FOB, EXW, CFR or CIF. Our regular ports are Shanghai, Qingdao and Tianjin.
What is the warranty?
We offer a 3-year warranty on frames and structural parts, and 1 year on other parts including springs, straps and upholstery. Spare parts are always available.
